In 2021, Stabirail partnered with BAM Contractors at COSCO terminal in Zeebruges to renovate the ship-to-shore (STS) crane rail system. As a critical gateway for global trade, the terminal required a rapid, precise, and durable solution to maintain high-performance operations while minimizing downtime.

Grout and anchor removal: used advanced diamond-cutting tools to remove the existing grout and anchors without damaging the concrete foundation.
Precision drilling: performed millimeter-accurate drilling for new anchor placements, ensuring track stability for STS cranes.
Anchor installation: installed new rail anchors using a two-component adhesive system to ensure secure and long-lasting rail fixation.
